Mission Wearhouse is operated by volunteers. There is only one part time, paid manager position. Everyone else is a volunteer!
We always need and welcome new volunteers. There are many different areas we could use your help. From washing dishes and sorting clothes to vacuuming and dusting. Below is a list of ideas where we could use your help…
- Accepting Donations
- Sorting Donations
- Cleaning/Polishing Shoes
- Pricing Donations
- Cleaning Pictures and Frames
- Stocking shelves and clothing racks
- Cashiering
- Bagging purchases
- Cleaning the store
- Working on displays
- Working in the furniture location
- Computer Skills
- Signage
- and so on and so on…
You can volunteer 1 hour, 1 day a week or more. You set your own hours!
The list is endless and we welcome your talents and suggestions. We also offer special benefits to our volunteers.
